花甲粉丝煲
家里没有锡纸盒了,用了砂锅做的,用锡纸盒做就可以叫做“锡纸花甲粉”。

    Steps to make 花甲粉丝煲

    • 1.花甲洗净,金针菇去根洗净掰成小朵,粉丝提前泡软。
    • 2.热锅凉油下入蒜末和小米辣翻炒至微微变色,放入蚝油翻炒均匀,呈出备用,喜欢吃辣的这一步可以放入小米辣一起慢炒。
    • 3.砂锅或者锡纸内铺上金针菇,泡软的粉丝,花甲,倒入炒好的蒜末,放入生抽、蒸鱼豉油、鸡精、味精、盐、豆瓣酱,开锅后小火炖10分钟。
    • 4.出锅,完成!
