  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.锅里烧开水,把猪蹄焯水捞出洗净备用。
  • 3.另起一锅,放入猪蹄,拍碎的姜,料酒一起煮40分钟,煮20分钟的时候调入盐。
  • 4.煮好的猪蹄捞出备用。
  • 5.猪蹄混合调配好的酱料,兑一勺煮猪蹄的汤拌均匀,腌30分钟。
  • 6.腌渍好的猪蹄放入烤盘,刷一层酱汁。
  • 7.220度中层15分钟。
  • 8.拿出刷一层酱汁和食用油,撒少许芝麻继续10分钟即可。
