酸甜泡菜
快手泡菜不但在冬天食用清爽,在一年四季都可以制作。挑选一些汁多脆口的蔬菜,用少许盐腌出多余的菜汁,再用白糖和白醋浸泡。想马上品尝的一个小时便可以,想吃更加入味的,就腌一两天。白糖和白醋都有杀菌防腐的功能,所以不用担心坏掉。

Steps to make 酸甜泡菜

  • 1.蔬菜清菜干净,刮掉萝卜的外皮
  • 2.卷心菜切成菱形大块
  • 3.胡萝卜切成薄片或者用擦片器擦成薄片
  • 4.白萝卜切成薄片或者用擦片器擦成薄片
  • 5.黄瓜切成略约3毫米的薄片
  • 6.全部的菜入盆中,撒一点盐
  • 7.拌匀后,静置15分钟左右
  • 8.用手轻攥腌过的菜,将多余的蔬菜汁挤出
  • 9.绵白糖和白醋准备好
  • 10.白糖入盆中,将白醋倒在上面,用筷子搅拌均匀,使白糖融化
  • 11.腌泡一个小时便可食用,如果能腌两天以上再食用,味道及口感更赞
  • 12.酸酸甜甜,好脆爽
