  • 1.鸭蛋刷洗干净,洗好的鸭蛋在通风、阴凉的地方风干;
  • 2.9度米醋、高度白酒、盐
  • 3.鸭蛋放入9度米醋中浸泡1小时,目的是让蛋壳软化,腌制时容易入味
  • 4.1小时后取出鸭蛋,再放入白酒碗中浸泡2分钟
  • 5.再放入装有食盐的碗里裹上一层食盐
  • 6.裹好后放置一旁
  • 7.裹好盐的鸭蛋用保鲜膜包起来
  • 8.全部裹好以后然后装入塑料袋里,扎好口,放在阴凉通风的地方15天左右的时间即可食用。
