翻糖蛋糕

  • 重奶油500ml
  • 翻糖105克
  • 泡打粉1茶匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 抹茶粉4茶匙
  • 3/4杯
  • 1杯
  • 香草精1/2茶匙

Steps to make 翻糖蛋糕

  • 1.将面粉,泡打粉,盐,抹茶粉放入一个大碗中。
  • 2.在操作盆中加入油,鸡蛋,糖,我用的一半普通白糖,一半抹茶糖粉。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入香草精,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.筛入面粉混合物,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加入酸奶。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.取一八寸烤盘,在内层抹上油。材料里的用量是一个八寸蛋糕胚的用量。
  • 9.将面糊缓缓倒入烤盘中,重拍几下排出气泡。烤箱预热175度,烤30至40分钟左右,至牙签插入拔出干净即可。烤好后放凉备用。
  • 10.取两份50克和一份5克翻糖糕,分别加入适量红色和黄色色素,用拉长扭转的方式揉匀成深粉,浅粉,浅黄三团翻糖。
  • 11.将深粉色和浅粉色翻糖擀成薄皮,用两种大小的模具切出花朵,浅黄色翻糖做成小圆片作为花芯,放入冰箱冷藏。我忘记拍照了,只能用之前的。
  • 12.将450ml重奶油加入少量红色素,打发成浅粉色奶油。
  • 13.将50ml重奶油加入少量绿色素,打发成浅绿色奶油。
  • 14.蛋糕切两片,在中间抹上浅粉色奶油,放上切片的草莓。
  • 15.盖上另一层,在外面均匀抹上浅粉色奶油。
  • 16.将一大一小的同色花朵叠在一起,在中心放上黄色花芯,放在蛋糕上面,再将浅绿色奶油放入裱花袋中,画出枝蔓即可。
