Steps to make 乳山喜饼

  • 1.所有食材放入面包机,没有面包机就用手和面
  • 2.启动和面功能和成面团
  • 3.整理好放入碗中盖保鲜膜醒发制两倍大
  • 4.醒发好的面团放揉面垫揉一揉排气
  • 5.搓长分成九个小面团
  • 6.把小面团整理成圆形
  • 7.擀成馅饼大约一厘米厚
  • 8.放在铺了油纸的烤盘上
  • 9.烤箱提前预热上下火150°烤十五分钟,烤的时候饼坯上压一个平盘,如果不压平盘会烤成馒头
  • 10.出炉了。
