  • 1.准备所有食材。
  • 2.鸡蛋打散。
  • 3.豆腐切块 ,番茄去皮切丁 。
  • 4.用酱油、 蚝油、 胡椒粉、 淀粉、水,调成一个酱汁。
  • 5.热锅凉油 ,撒上薄盐,豆腐入锅煎 。
  • 6.倒入鸡蛋液 。
  • 7.煎至定型生成块 ,盛出备用 。
  • 8.锅中再次放油,番茄入锅炒。
  • 9.炒软 。
  • 10.倒入豆腐 。
  • 11.加适量的水煮开 。
  • 12.再倒入酱汁。
  • 13.撒入葱花, 淋入香油, 大火收汁完毕出锅。
  • 14.成品。
