Steps to make 奶酪棒

  • 1.备料图:吉利丁片2片,牛奶250ml,芝士片4片,白砂糖20g。
  • 2.吉利丁片用冰水泡软,约三到四分钟,迅速捞出用厨房纸巾吸干水分。
  • 3.棒棒糖模具摆上纸棒。
  • 4.牛奶、白砂糖、芝士混合,小火加热,不停搅拌防止糊底。
  • 5.直至全部融化。
  • 6.加吉利丁片,小火搅拌至液体混合均匀。
  • 7.过筛。
  • 8.装入模具,冰箱冷藏4小时以上。
  • 9.取出脱模。
  • 10.短时间内吃不完的可以冷藏保存,或者冷藏保存。少放在室温下。
