Steps to make 皮蛋瘦肉粥

  • 1.1.将大米洗净,放入水中浸泡30分钟,开始煮粥;
  • 2.2.皮蛋剥皮,切成小块;
  • 3.3.生姜切成丝;
  • 4.4.瘦肉切成肉丝,另用一口煮锅,倒入少量水煮开,将肉丝下入,煮至全部颜色变浅;
  • 5.5.将肉丝捞出放入碗中,放入盐适量、料酒、淀粉,抓拌均匀后腌制10分;
  • 6.6.粥煮得米完全熟透粥水也比较稠后放入肉丝、皮蛋,盐适量、出锅时放入香油。
