  • 干黄豆100克
  • 白糖20克
  • 牛奶250ml
  • 魔芋果冻粉5克
  • 果酱少许

Steps to make 豆浆布丁

  • 1.将干豆洗净泡5、6小时
  • 2.用豆浆机榨出豆浆
  • 3.将豆浆过筛
  • 4.在豆浆中加一些牛奶,搅拌均匀(牛奶的量随意,不加也可以,换加淡奶油或者炼乳也可以)
  • 5.按自己口味往豆浆牛奶中加入适量的白糖,搅拌均匀
  • 6.锅中放少量水,按说明书中说的比例,往水中放一些果冻粉
  • 7.等锅里的果冻液煮开后,倒入豆浆牛奶,用木铲搅拌匀,并不停搅动,防止沾锅
  • 8.等锅里的布丁液煮滚后,就可以关火,在倒入模具前,可以事先过一遍筛
  • 9.等它略凉就可以倒入模具中,冷却成型
  • 10.最后用牙签沿着模具四周划一圈,脱模,可加果酱一起吃
