香柠糖醋水萝卜
水萝卜又称四季萝卜、小萝卜或西洋萝卜。它是十字花科、萝卜属,一年生草本,根菜类蔬菜。红皮白瓤,皮色鲜艳光滑,瓤质洁白脆嫩,微辣中略带甘甜 ;能促进胃肠蠕动,可消积滞、化痰清热、下气宽中、解毒;防癌、抗癌的作用。
水萝卜用糖醋腌,有着浓浓的柠檬香味,好好吃呀,假期吃大鱼大肉多了,就吃这解解油腻吧

Steps to make 香柠糖醋水萝卜

  • 1.水萝卜两个洗净,切去头尾
  • 2.苹果醋、糖、柠檬半个切成片
  • 3.水萝卜对半切开,再切成三片薄片为一块,百页状,薄片之间不要切断(或是切成你喜欢的形状)
  • 4.萝卜块用盐腌2小时,用冷开水洗去盐份,滤去多余水份
  • 5.用适量冷开水与糖、醋混合;柠檬片先挤出汁在糖醋液里,再放入与其他材料一起,放置冰箱泡腌3小时以上
  • 6.糖醋水萝卜,有着浓浓的柠檬香味,好好吃呀,假期吃大鱼大肉多了,就吃这解解油腻吧
