孜然薯片(空气炸锅版)
好多人喜欢吃薯片,不过我不怎么爱吃,总觉得吃完嘴巴太干,可能调料太多了。去年我用烤箱烤过土豆片,因为切的片厚了点,烤出来是外焦里糯的,味道还行。今天用空气炸锅试试,用擦丝器擦的薄片,用的东北烤冷面的调料。没想到,真好吃,一边拍照一边吃,一下就吃完了,我觉得比卖的好吃多了。

Steps to make 孜然薯片(空气炸锅版)

  • 1.土豆削皮,然后用擦丝器擦片的刀口擦出薄片来。然后在水里泡几分钟,泡去一些淀粉。
  • 2.然后将泡过的土豆片用厨房纸吸干水。
  • 3.取一个大碗装土豆片,加1汤匙玉米油。
  • 4.加入适量调料,一点点就够,然后用筷子拌匀。没有烤冷面的调料,用烤鸡翅的调料也行,或者自己加一点五香粉,一点辣椒粉,一点盐也行,都只要一点点就够了。
  • 5.将土豆片铺在炸锅的炸篮上,180度先烤8分钟。我分两锅烤的,温度和时间供参考。
  • 6.到时间后,取出炸篮,将土豆片翻一个面。继续烤5分钟。
  • 7.到时间后,取出炸篮,挑出已经烤得干脆一些的,剩下还有点软的可以再烤个1-2分钟。
