  • 1.备料;
  • 2.嫩姜切薄片;撒盐腌制十分钟,用开水烫一下;
  • 3.番茄用开水烫后去皮 ,切成小块;
  • 4.熬煮成番茄酱,加糖、盐调味备用;
  • 5.金针菇去根切段,放锅中炒至变软;
  • 6.倒入番茄酱,继续翻炒均匀;
  • 7.另起锅,放琼脂粉、葛粉、200ml水;
  • 8.小火加热,搅拌成透明状,盛出;
  • 9.加入番茄酱金针菇,搅拌后倒入模具;
  • 10.倒入时,中间夹入三层姜片;
  • 11.冷藏一小时后脱模,切块装盘。
