一直以来,给男人做生日蛋糕,装饰是最头疼的事,今天也是,老公妹夫的生日!想了半天,最后还是简简单单的!

  • 低筋面粉58g
  • 可可粉7g
  • 牛奶50g
  • 色拉油40g
  • 黑巧克力100g
  • 淡奶油400g
  • 砂糖40g

Steps to make 树根年轮蛋糕

  • 1.将蛋白和蛋黄分离在两个干净无水无油的盆中,蛋白中不可混入蛋黄;蛋黄盆中加入15克砂糖
  • 2.加入色拉油
  • 3.加入牛奶
  • 4.搅拌混合均匀
  • 5.低粉和可可粉称重
  • 6.筛入低粉和可可粉
  • 7.搅拌至完全混合均匀
  • 8.蛋白盆中滴入几滴柠檬汁
  • 9.将蛋白霜打至硬性发泡,即将从蛋白霜中拉出打蛋头,可见直立不弯曲的尖角
  • 10.取1/3蛋白霜入蛋黄糊盆用刮刀快速翻拌均匀,再取1/3蛋白霜入蛋黄糊盆里,继续用刮刀快速翻拌均匀
  • 11.将蛋黄糊盆里的面糊全部倒入蛋白霜盆中,快速翻拌均匀至细腻的面糊
  • 12.将混合好的蛋糕面糊倒进干净的17CM中空戚风模中,将面糊倒入模中,用双手大拇指按住中间烟囱,提起模具在桌面上轻磕几下,震去面糊中的气泡。将蛋糕模送入预热好的烤箱175度35分钟,放中下层,上下火齐烤。烤好后立刻取出,倒扣冷却,彻底冷却后脱模即可
  • 13.准备好装饰用的水果
  • 14.淡奶油打发好
  • 15.蛋糕切成3片
  • 16.取1片蛋糕胚,中空部分我放了1颗草莓
  • 17.抹上一层奶油
  • 18.放上黄桃颗粒,重复上面的步骤,直到放最后一片蛋糕
  • 19.用淡奶油抹面
  • 20.黑巧克力隔水融化,在蛋糕表面挤上树根花纹,最后放上草莓,插上生日牌即可
