可爱有趣又健康的立体饼干。土拨鼠是可可手指饼,五官是黑白巧克力,土堆是燕麦可可饼干,底托是可可黄油饼干,用少许融化的黑巧粘合。
此配方甜度一般,“土堆”口感偏硬脆,“地鼠”手指饼口感甜酥,还有燕麦和烤花生碎的多重口感和营养,小盆友爱不释手。

  • 1.第一步先制作“小土堆”。准备好烤熟的花生,压碎。牛奶温热后,撒入燕麦片拌匀后加入黄油,糖,小火融化后搅拌均匀。加入可可粉、巧克力酱和花生碎拌匀。搅成这样粘稠但不粘手,有光泽的混合物。
  • 2.找一块儿比手指稍粗的管子,将上一步调好的混合物堆在周围,形成锥形小土堆的样子,抽掉管子。入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火170度烤20分钟左右,取出晾凉备用。第二步,制作底托。根据普通的可可黄油饼干做法,切出与“土堆”底部大小相当的形状,烤好晾凉备用。
  • 3. 第三步,制作土拨鼠。蛋清加柠檬汁,分三次加入辅料中的细砂糖,打到9分发。与打散的蛋黄混合均匀。筛入低粉和可可粉拌匀。装入裱花袋中,剪一个直径小于土堆出口的孔,将面糊在铺了油纸的烤盘上挤成一个个长短不齐的条。入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火170度,10-15分钟左右即可。
  • 4.稍晾凉后,用融化的黑巧克力给土拨鼠点上圆形的两个耳朵和圆圆的鼻头。用白色巧克力点出两个圆形的眼睛和两条“牙齿”,在白眼球上点上黑眼珠。第四步组装,用少许融化的巧克力将高矮不同的土拨鼠,粘在底托上,套上小土堆就可以了。
