  • 1.温水+酶母和匀放置一会。
  • 2.面粉倒入面包机,放入温水酶母和面发酵好。
  • 3.馅料所有食材放入盘中(因盘子太浅又倒入大碗中搅打匀再倒回,上屉蒸的)。
  • 4.放蒸屉上蒸30分钟,每隔10分钟搅拌一次。
  • 5.第一次搅拌。
  • 6.第二次搅拌,最后蒸好后,放凉放冰箱冷藏30分钟。
  • 7.面发酵好揉匀排气分成小剂子。
  • 8.包上馅料。
  • 9.如包子一样包好。
  • 10.做好。
  • 11.放抹了油的蒸屉上二次醒发30分钟。
  • 12.水开后蒸15分钟后关火,再焖3分钟后开盖。
  • 13.成品。
  • 14.好吃。
