快速腌酸豆角
很多朋友对于酸豆角的热爱是无法用语言来表达的,我也是说不出。我做酸豆角纯粹是为了乐趣,喜欢这种DIY的乐趣。


我这次介绍的腌酸豆角的方子是:早晨腌上,傍晚就可以用来做菜。虽比不上高铁的速度,但在腌酸豆角的速度上也可说的上是朝发夕至了吧!

    Steps to make 快速腌酸豆角

    • 1.新鲜豆角择洗干净,切碎(主要是好入味)。
    • 2.把切好的豆角放在一个带盖的小盆里。
    • 3.放入精盐,主要是杀豆角的水分,让豆角更脆嫩。
    • 4.锅内倒入凉水,以没过豆角为准,放入红辣椒,姜片、花椒,倒入白醋(关键的一步)。
    • 5.上火煮开。
    • 6.趁热把熬好的汤汁倒入盛有豆角的小盆内。
    • 7.盖上盖子,等几个小时后,就可以了。
    • 8.很酸,很给力。
