过年一定要备些小零食,网红的奶枣是很不错的选择。从看到奶枣成为网红美食,我就感觉这不就是雪花酥的变种吗,怎么会火到甜品店里排队买呢!一直忙就没去拔掉这棵草。前两天用香兰粉做了慕斯蛋糕,被香兰粉的迷人香味所诱惑,就想用香兰粉来做这个奶枣,不出意料,效果非常好,香兰粉的香味和奶香味相互融合,做的时候就满屋飘香,而入口就更是一种享受。香兰叶是东南亚特有的香料植物。新鲜的香兰叶不仅气味芬芳,当地人经常利用它来做各种甜点,和食物一起混合食用,对心脏具有一定的滋养效果,还具有开胃消食的作用。香兰叶中富含抗氧化成分,有消暑、缓解疲倦、清凉去火、舒筋活络的神奇功效。

  • 棉花糖300g
  • 无糖全脂奶粉45g
  • 黄油50g
  • 奶粉50g(表面用)
  • 香兰粉2小勺

Steps to make 香兰粉奶枣

  • 1.干红枣洗净后去核,然后再晾干表面水分。
  • 2.准备好和红枣同样数量的干果仁。我是巴达木仁和腰果各用了一半,因为我家宝贝爱吃腰果。果仁可以根据自己喜好选择。
  • 3.把果仁塞入去核的红枣里。
  • 4.不粘锅里放黄油,小火融化。
  • 5.放入棉花糖小火炒到融化。
  • 6.棉花糖融化后放入奶粉拌均匀。关火。
  • 7.放入红枣。
  • 8.拌均匀。
  • 9.趁温热时分成一个个的搓圆。
  • 10.另用30克奶粉和2勺香兰粉拌均匀来裹表面。
  • 11.把搓好的奶枣在粉粒滚一下,让表面均匀的沾上粉。如果只在表面裹奶粉就是原味的。但斑斓味的更好吃。
  • 12.香兰粉奶枣就做好了,口感丰富味道香,越嚼越好吃。
