Steps to make 巧克力乳酪面包

  • 1.材料备齐,黄油软化。车达芝士切碎。
  • 2.面团材料除黄油外全部放入面包机揉面。
  • 3.揉成团后加入黄油继续揉。
  • 4.揉到出薄膜即可,不用太薄就可以。
  • 5.滚圆后进行基础发酵。
  • 6.内馅材料拌匀即可。
  • 7.分割成10份,冷冻片刻。
  • 8.面团发酵到2倍大即可。
  • 9.分割成10份,盖保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 10.每个面团包裹上冷冻好的内陷,收紧封口,滚圆。
  • 11.摆在学厨9055金盘中,保持间距。
  • 12.柏翠5400烤箱启动发酵功能,进行二发。发酵到2倍大,约45分钟即可。
  • 13.面团表面刷全蛋液,表面撒杏仁碎。
  • 14.烤箱中层180度烘烤15分钟即可,出炉脱模放凉。
