桂花糖醋樱桃萝卜
樱桃萝卜鲜嫩爽口,风味独特,外形色泽美观,用来凉拌最为清香爽脆,味道好。这几天气没有食欲,索性来个凉拌樱桃萝卜。先将樱桃萝卜切成片,但要注意不要切开要保持萝卜的完整性才会更漂亮, 放入糖醋汁中浸泡,泡好后摆放在盘中再浇淋上桂花糖浆。很简单很家常的一道开胃爽口清脂菜,酸酸甜甜的,还带着淡淡的桂花的香味,非常开胃哟。。。

Steps to make 桂花糖醋樱桃萝卜

  • 1.樱桃萝卜洗净后切去上下两头;
  • 2.在樱桃萝卜切成薄片, 但下面连着不要切断,这样能保持樱桃萝卜的完整性;
  • 3.将白糖和盐放入碗中, 加入适量的开水将其融化;
  • 4.待混合液凉后加入适量的白醋; 5. 将切好的樱桃萝卜放入其中, 泡上两个小时;
  • 5.泡好的樱桃萝卜摆放在盘中;
  • 6.表面上撒上糖桂花, 点缀上薄荷叶即可。
  • 7.端上桌了。
