  • 1.茄子切长条洗净备用
  • 2.准备蒜末,葱花,豆瓣酱,准备一个小碗加入两茶匙白糖,一茶匙老抽,一茶匙半香醋,三分之一茶匙鸡粉加入少许清水调匀备用
  • 3.起油锅倒入适量油烧至七成热下茄子炸熟捞出控油备用
  • 4.锅里留少许底油下蒜末,豆瓣酱炒香
  • 5.加入茄子翻炒均匀
  • 6.倒入料汁大火烧开
  • 7.用少许生粉调成水欠勾欠,撒上葱花即可
