Steps to make 泰式青木瓜沙拉

  • 1.将食材准备好。
  • 2.青木瓜去皮刨丝(在泰国会直接用刀子纵向敲打木瓜后再削出丝)。
  • 3.为了方便,我直接用刨丝器。
  • 4.捣蒜器中加入蒜瓣、小米椒、盐、味精、白糖舂碎。
  • 5.继续加入虾米。
  • 6.小番茄对半切开,放入一起舂。
  • 7.挤入柠檬汁、加入鱼露。
  • 8.放入木瓜丝继续舂。
  • 9.最后放入花生米舂拌均匀即可。
