Steps to make 五仁月饼

  • 1.转化糖浆内加入碱水拌匀,再加入食用花生油拌匀呈乳化状,再加入月饼粉拌匀,然后静置两个小时。所需的果仁提前烤熟。然后把果脯切碎,果仁擀碎些许即可,颗粒大些,口感好一点。
  • 2.全部果仁果脯混合加入花生油哈密瓜酱和提入提炒熟的糯米粉揉捏成团静置半小时后分成70克一个的小剂子。饼皮也分成30克一个的小剂子
  • 3.用饼皮包住五仁馅用月饼模按压成形
  • 4.码上烤盘,喷些许水在月饼表面放提前预热230度的烤箱烤10分钟,10分钟定型后拿出晾凉后表面刷上蛋液再放入190度的烤箱烤15分钟即可
