香辣白肉
香辣白肉是个香辣不腻的小菜,可用来宴客也可用来打馋。关于白肉的做法很多,吃腻了蒜泥味道的,换个香辣味道的也吃起来新鲜。

做白肉用的五花肉无须纠结是不是五花三层,感觉用厚膘多的五花肉做出的白肉吃起来更加有味道。辣酱就用咱家自制的蒜香辣酱,蒜香浓郁、经济实惠,吃着也放心许多。

    Steps to make 香辣白肉

    • 1.锅里放入五花肉、八角、桂皮、生姜片,适量精盐煮熟。
    • 2.五花肉煮熟,捞出晾凉后切薄片。
    • 3.黄瓜用打皮刀刨成薄片。
    • 4.用黄瓜片把五花肉片卷起。
    • 5.取干净小碗,挖入一汤匙蒜香辣椒。
    • 6.倒入一汤匙凉拌醋。
    • 7.一汤匙味极鲜酱油。
    • 8.滴入适量香油,拌匀。
    • 9.把调好的料汁浇在卷好的五花肉片上即可。
