  • 1.先将豆腐切厚片
  • 2.放入七成热的油锅里进行炸制1分钟,使外皮稍微起酥即可捞出
  • 3.锅内留少许油,爆响葱、蒜末,放入虾皮用小火慢慢把虾皮炒香;
  • 4.放入虾皮用小火慢慢把虾皮炒香;
  • 5.再加入豆腐添入适量糖水,加入酱油和白糖,慢火烧透
  • 6.待汤汁都被豆腐吸收进去加入香菜段
  • 7.淋上香油出锅装盘即可。
