Steps to make 黄瓜拌海蜇魔芋丝

  • 1.黄瓜切小条。
  • 2.放1茶匙盐拌匀,杀杀水份。(约半小时)
  • 3.用水洗去盐份。
  • 4.挤干水,放沙拉大碗里。
  • 5.魔芋丝用水泡15-20分钟,去异味。(魔芋丝制作要放碱,泡水可去除其异味。)
  • 6.海蜇皮泡水,约半小时换一次水,大约换4-5次水。
  • 7.泡好的海蜇皮切小块。(小孩不喜欢切太细。)
  • 8.蒜剁末。
  • 9.小奶锅热油,把蒜爆香。
  • 10.放陈醋,酱油和糖煮开,关火放凉备用。(口味按自家口味调,喜辣的可放辣。)
  • 11.大锅烧一锅水,把魔芋丝放入,烫至水再开,捞起。
  • 12.准备一盆冰水。
  • 13.把海蜇丝放开水里烫约5秒。(不要烫过久,否则不脆了,按包装说明做。)
  • 14.把烫过的海蜇放冰水里泡凉,然后挤干水份。
  • 15.把魔芋丝海蜇皮放入黄瓜里。
  • 16.淋上酱汁和芝麻油。(吃辣的可以放入辣油和辣椒。)
  • 17.拌匀,放冰箱冷藏2小时吧。
  • 18.爽脆开胃。
