醋泡鸡脚
泡椒凤爪酸爽开胃,冰凉又解腻,一次可以多做一些,冷藏在冰箱里,刻意存放很久,腌制的时间越长越入味,而且做法很简单,看了就会,做出来的味道比包装的凤爪好吃多了,每次吃包装的凤爪都嫌它不够塞牙缝,辣度又太高,不如吃自己做的,干净卫生,辣度可控,想吃什么口感刻意随意调节,每餐取出来一些当个开胃菜,或者当夜宵当零食都不错。

Steps to make 醋泡鸡脚

  • 1.鸡脚洗干净,从中间剁开,这样在腌制的时候比较好入味,市场上卖的鸡脚一般都是冷冻的,解冻一下再用。
  • 2.准备一口干净的炖锅,加入适量的清水没过鸡脚,加入料酒,生姜片,小葱和一勺盐,葱姜料酒都有除腥的效果。
  • 3.煮好的鸡脚捞出来,用清水冲凉降温,等鸡脚完全凉下来就不用换水了,冷水泡过的鸡脚吃起来会更Q弹。
  • 4.泡椒切碎,洋葱切小块,生姜切丝,大蒜拍碎以后再切小,另外我还准备了泡椒,喜欢更辣的也可以换成小米辣。
  • 5.把锅洗干净,倒入冲凉后的鸡脚,加入洋葱,姜蒜,泡椒,剁椒,去籽的柠檬片,纯净水以及所有调味料,调味料加进去之后可以尝一下味道,酸度和咸度都可以调节的。
  • 6.然后拌匀,盖上锅盖,放冰箱里冷藏四个小时以上就能吃了,如果一次吃不完,可以用干净的筷子取适量鸡脚出来,剩下的在冰箱里可以保存好几天。
