紫薯布丁

Steps to make 紫薯布丁

  • 1.制作焦糖,将100g砂糖和110g水放入锅中煮至茶色
  • 2.倒入布丁容器中
  • 3.另取一锅,加入牛奶和30g砂糖,小火煮至融化关火
  • 4.将蒸熟切块的紫薯置入料理机中,加入少量加热过的牛奶,选择酱料键运行至结束
  • 5.倒出和所有奶液混合
  • 6.打散鸡蛋,慢慢少量多次,与上步的液体混合
  • 7.倒入布丁容器,放入烤盘
  • 8.在烤盘中注入水,烤箱预热180度,放入烤箱,烤45分钟
