韩式炸蔬菜
在韩国,小小的炸蔬菜是能进入到大饭店菜单的菜品。
各种蔬菜裹上面糊炸制的蓬松酥脆,沾着椒盐或者甜辣酱吃,是绝妙的美味。

  • 胡椒粉2克

Steps to make 韩式炸蔬菜

  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.面粉加入鸡蛋。
  • 3.再加入盐,胡椒粉,鸡精和适量的清水。
  • 4.搅拌至无颗粒状面糊。
  • 5.把所有的蔬菜洗净切薄片。
  • 6.把蔬菜裹上面糊。
  • 7.平底锅倒入橄榄油放入裹上面糊的蔬菜炸制。
  • 8.两面微黄捞出沥油。
  • 9.可再次复炸一遍让其更松脆。
  • 10.放入吸油纸上吸出油份即好。
