Steps to make 奥尔良嫩烤鸡腿

  • 1.鸡腿清洗干净后,用叉子给鸡腿全身扎满小孔后放入密实袋,奥尔良调料粉也一并倒进去,挤出空气封口,揉搓均匀,放入冰箱冷藏腌渍隔夜。
  • 2.隔天取出腌渍好的鸡腿,烤箱200度预热。
  • 3.准备一张锡纸,把鸡腿单个包起来。
  • 4.把每个鸡腿都包好,收口朝上。
  • 5.把包好的鸡腿放入预热好的烤箱,大约烤制1小时左右即可。
