迷迭香煎猪扒

  • 味醂2大匙
  • 苏打粉1茶匙
  • 生粉2茶匙

Steps to make 迷迭香煎猪扒

  • 1.猪扒用松肉锤两面锤一遍,放腌料抓捏均匀,腌半天,至少2小时以上。(迷迭香我煎时才放,因为有人不喜欢它的香味,我煎了2块放迷迭香的。)。
  • 2.不粘锅刷油,烧热,把猪扒放入,中大火煎约2分钟,锁住水份。
  • 3.翻面继续煎约2分钟,撒上迷迭香。
  • 4.转小火两面各煎2-3分钟。视乎肉的厚度。
  • 5.不确定熟不熟,可以用剪刀在肉厚处剪开看看。(猪肉一定要全熟才能吃。)
  • 6.两块没迷迭香的。
  • 7.锅放水烧开,放少许油和盐,把芦笋放入。
  • 8.氽烫到芦笋变翠绿即可装盘了。
  • 9.上桌。
  • 10.肉挺嫩的。
