培根可乐饼
“可乐饼”里木有可乐哟~
可乐饼的名字取自法语中的croquette。
餐厅售卖的可乐饼通常需要裹面粉、鸡蛋、面包粉再进行油炸(俗称“过三关”)。
今天做的是健康改良版,即无需过三关也无需油炸,一家人都可以愉快享用的美食。

  • 橄榄油2匙

Steps to make 培根可乐饼

  • 1.土豆洗净切片上锅蒸熟。
  • 2.土豆压成泥,洋葱、培根切小丁,蛋黄打散。
  • 3.把培根、洋葱、蛋黄加入土豆泥中。
  • 4.搅拌均匀,可乐饼馅料完成。
  • 5.用勺子取出适量可乐饼馅料,放到装有芝麻的容器里(不需要粘到手,是不是很方便呢)。
  • 6.裹上芝麻,整出你要的形状。
  • 7.平底锅入橄榄油,油温上升,放入做好的可乐饼,调至小火慢煎。
  • 8.两面表皮的芝麻呈焦黄状态即可起锅。
