小叮当铜锣烧

  • 牛奶50ml
  • 蜂蜜15g
  • 红豆沙200g
  • 黑巧克力30g

Steps to make 小叮当铜锣烧

  • 1.准备好材料;
  • 2.先将面粉过筛,备用;
  • 3.蜂蜜、白砂糖倒入装鸡蛋的碗中,座在约50度的热水里,隔热水将鸡蛋打发至浓稠,呈淡淡的乳黄色即可;
  • 4.先将面粉倒入鸡蛋糊中,从底部翻起搅拌均匀。再倒入牛奶继续搅拌均匀;
  • 5.得到的面糊下落时流动顺畅,中途不间断即可;
  • 6.盖上保鲜膜,将调制好的面糊静置30分钟;
  • 7.平底不粘锅,小火,不用放油!舀一勺面糊倒入锅中,自动形成一个圆形;
  • 8.表面出现小气泡时翻面再加热一会儿即可取出。一面颜色浅,颜色深的一面是外面;
  • 9.取一个面饼浅色面均匀抹上红豆沙,深色面用溶化的黑巧克力画上小叮当的图案,盖上去就完成了。
