Steps to make Thousand Spinach Rolls
- 1. Heat the purchased thousand sheets in boiling water with salt added. It can remove the bean odor of thousands of sheets and also remove impurities and bacteria.
- 2. Blanch spinach in salted hot water, then cool it and squeeze out all the water.
- 3. Add a little fresh squeezed spinach.
- 4. Add a little spicy pepper oil.
- 5. Add cooked sesame seeds (white ones are better, I don't have them at home anymore)
- 6. Add an appropriate amount of salt and mix well.
