  • 1.准备材料,称量好所有食材
  • 2.细砂糖加入淡奶油中,文火加热至即将沸腾状态关火
  • 3.稍微冷却后(60-80°C左右),加入泡软的吉利丁片,慢慢搅拌使其溶解
  • 4.冷却至不烫手,加入朗姆酒
  • 5.加入香草精,搅拌均匀
  • 6.冷却至鲜奶糊有一定的浓稠度,装入杯中,冷藏2小时以上,可搭配喜欢的水果同食
