Steps to make 蛋卷肉丸粉丝汤

  • 1.黄花菜、木耳、干香菇提前两小时用温水泡发,粉丝提前20分钟用温水泡发。
  • 2.将蛋卷、肉丸隔水蒸熟,粉丝控干水,黄花菜、木耳、香菇切丝,生姜切片,香葱切末。
  • 3.将蒸熟的蛋卷改刀。
  • 4.煮锅里倒入泡香菇的水,蒸蛋卷、肉丸的汤汁,不够再加些水,放入生姜。
  • 5.放入香菇,盖上锅盖,大火煮开,改小火煮10分钟左右。
  • 6.放入肉丸盖上锅盖,煮5分钟。
  • 7.放入木耳。
  • 8.改大火,放入黄花菜,蛋卷。
  • 9.放入粉丝,盐,生抽,开一开,翻匀即可。
  • 10.成品。
