核桃巧克力欢喜饼

  • 核桃仁115克
  • 白砂糖222克
  • 半茶匙
  • 榛子巧克力23克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 香草精1茶匙
  • 无盐黄油(室温软化)225克

Steps to make 核桃巧克力欢喜饼

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.把(熟的)核桃细细切碎备用。
  • 3.黄油切成小丁室温软化。
  • 4.把巧克力隔水溶化。
  • 5.黄油用打蛋器打软后加入白糖。
  • 6.继续打,打到质地柔软轻如羽毛。
  • 7.鸡蛋打散时面加入香草精拌匀,一边挑动黄油一边慢慢加入蛋液搅匀。
  • 8.依次加入溶化的巧克力、面粉、盐,最后加入核桃碎。
  • 9.混合均匀成柔软的面团,放到冰箱中冷藏1个小时。
  • 10.放到饼干模具中,用保鲜袋隔一下,压实拿出再放到微冻室冻硬实。
  • 11.把烤箱设置到饼干菜单中,开180度15分钟。(5分钟预热)
  • 12.把面团从冰箱中拿出,切成约5毫米的片。
  • 13.烤盘中放入锡纸或油纸,放上切好的饼干。
  • 14.烤箱预热5分钟后,放入饼干。在烘烤的时候,烤箱中的灯熄灭,这时你想看看烤箱中的食物烘焙如何,除了开始键不要按,其它任意键按一下,灯亮就可以查看了。
  • 15.烤好后拿出饼干放置一到二分钟,然后再从烤盘中取出晾凉。
