    • 6.肉变色到一点料酒,花椒粉炒
    • 7.倒些酱油上色
    • 8.放进豆角炒
    • 9.放进蒜片炒至豆角变色
    • 10.加入开水没过豆角烧开
    • 11.放进手擀面盖好盖子焖熟
    • 12.上汽后改中小火焖至汤汁收干放一点盐调味即可
    • 13.吃的时候倒上陈醋和香油
