巧克力蛋糕
想吃蛋糕了,就买来了一套做蛋糕的材料,连一次性的模子都带,省时省力,简单好做,把材料拌一起就可以了,从开始做到完毕只用了不到一个半小时,还非常非常的好吃!

  • 蛋糕粉一袋
  • 可可粉一袋
  • 巧克力一袋
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 牛奶60ml

Steps to make 巧克力蛋糕

  • 1.材料。烤箱170度预热待用。
  • 2.鸡蛋和牛奶和蛋糕粉入大一点儿的盆中。
  • 3.用电动打泡器的强打5分钟,打到如图2划出圈后10秒不消失了就可以了(我的电动器旧了打了10分钟)。
  • 4.再放入可可粉用手动打泡器上下挑均匀1分钟即可(不要挑过份了,气泡少了蛋糕就发不起来了)。
  • 5.把液体倒入模子中。
  • 6.入烤箱(下段)170度烤40-50分钟,用竹签扎一下没有液体带上来了就好了。
  • 7.取出后,从离工作台高30厘米处往台上震三次,这样蛋糕就不回缩了。
  • 8.然后倒扣着放热。
  • 9.待凉了以后,顺切割线切开模子取出蛋糕。
  • 10.完全冷却为止,放冷库冷得快些。
  • 11.巧克力用热水溶化。
  • 12.先用1/2量的巧克力液体涂遍整体,放冷库冷却2分钟,再用剩余的1/2量的巧克力再一次涂装表面,再放冷库冷却2分钟就好了。
  • 13.装盘就可享用了。
  • 14.外边的巧克力皮是脆脆的,里面的蛋糕是湿软细嫩的,很不错的口感!
