【乳酪蛋糕】——美食配美器,美的享受
上礼拜看见一家瓷器店做促销,一组喜欢了很久的三层蛋糕盘打折还包邮,赶紧的抢下了,顺带了些其他的盘子啥的一起包邮,天天看天天等,今儿下午终于到货了~~

蛋糕是昨儿就做好了的,就等着今天收到盘子来拍照,果然啊,这东西还是得有个好的食器来映衬,怎么看怎么赏心悦目的。。O(∩_∩)O~美~~



材料:

奶油奶酪180g,鸡蛋4个,淡奶油120g,细砂糖60g,低筋面粉30g,淀粉15g

Steps to make 【乳酪蛋糕】——美食配美器,美的享受

  • 1.准备工作:1. 将鸡蛋的蛋黄和蛋白分离;2. 取一张油纸,按照模具底部的形状裁剪出圆形,放入模具底部备用;3. 在烤箱最底层放烤盘,里面加满水,在烤盘上一层放烤架,开始预热烤箱;
  • 2.将奶油奶酪放在室温下软化后搅打至顺滑
  • 3.慢慢注入淡奶油
  • 4.搅打均匀
  • 5.加入蛋黄
  • 6.搅打均匀
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉和淀粉的混合物
  • 8.用刮刀翻拌,直至面粉完全混匀,备用
  • 9.另取一盆,将蛋白打至粗泡开始分次加入细砂糖,直至将蛋白打发至接近干性发泡的状态
  • 10.将1/3打发好的蛋白加入乳酪糊中
  • 11.翻拌均匀
  • 12.将拌好的蛋糊倒回蛋白盆中
  • 13.继续翻拌,拌匀即是乳酪蛋糕糊
  • 14.蛋糕糊倒入模具至8分满,轻磕几下震出气泡
  • 15.放入预热好的烤箱烤架上,上管150度/下管160度,70分钟
  • 16.出炉晾5~10分钟
  • 17.脱模,晾凉后冷藏半天后再食用味道更佳
