意式香浓菜汤

Steps to make 意式香浓菜汤

  • 1.原料图。红腰豆泡一夜。
  • 2.土豆切丁,加一碗水打成泥。洋葱蒜切末,芹菜培根切丁,圣女果切两半。
  • 3.锅里融化黄油,小火把洋葱蒜炒香。
  • 4.放入培根,炒出油,放入杂菜,小番茄,腰豆炒均匀。
  • 5.倒入土豆泥,一碗牛肉汤或者骨头汤。大火煮开,调入盐,胡椒粉小火熬煮到腰豆软(不要烂),汤汁成茄汁色。
  • 6.汤汁浓郁后,加入芹菜大火煮开即可。
