  • 玉米淀粉30g
  • 黄油50g
  • 蛋白4个

Steps to make 甜美细腻——起司蛋糕

  • 1.将蛋黄蛋白分离
  • 2.奶油奶酪隔温水软化
  • 3.分次加入蛋黄,每加一个,搅拌均匀后再继续添加下一个
  • 4.加入30克糖和牛奶搅匀
  • 5.筛入低粉和玉米淀粉,轻轻搅匀
  • 6.加入融化后冷却的黄油,搅匀
  • 7.过筛至顺滑的蛋黄糊待用
  • 8.现在将蛋白加50克糖,打至出现长弯角
  • 9.分次与蛋黄糊翻拌成均匀的面糊
  • 10.倒入蛋糕模,边圈用油纸围一圈,活底模的话底部用锡纸包好,放入装水的烤盘,烤箱160度预热后放入进行水浴法60-70分钟
  • 11.视蛋糕情况可提前结束,出炉后2分钟后脱模即可
  • 12.又绵又软极好吃的蛋糕!
