  • 韭菜100g
  • 土豆粉条200g
  • 精盐一匙
  • 一品鲜酱油一匙
  • 米醋半匙
  • 玉米淀粉半匙
  • 蚝油少许
  • 鸡精少许
  • 老抽少许

Steps to make 炒合菜

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.里脊肉切细条,加少许精盐,蚝油和水抓拌至粘稠,加玉米淀粉抓拌均匀,最后加少许食用油拌匀。
  • 3.鸡蛋液中加少许精盐搅撒。
  • 4.泡软的粉条用水烫一下捞出,加少许精盐,老抽和食用油拌匀。
  • 5.锅中加宽油,七~八成热时倒入蛋液,滑散凝固既可盛出,不用炒太老。
  • 6.锅中加油,下入肉丝煸炒至变色,加葱姜末煸炒盛出。
  • 7.锅中重新加油,下入豆芽,烹入少许米醋,加适量精盐,少许一品鲜爆炒几下。
  • 8.稍软后下入粉条。
  • 9.下入肉丝和蛋花,快速的翻炒几下。
  • 10.最后下入韭菜段,加鸡精翻勺炒匀。
  • 11.多种食材达配,颜色好看,营养均衡。
  • 12.脆嫩滑爽。鲜香入味!
