Steps to make 蔓越莓酸奶马芬

  • 1.全蛋加细砂糖用打蛋器搅匀。
  • 2.再加入玉米油搅拌均匀。
  • 3.分别加入牛奶和原味酸奶搅拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入低粉、泡打粉和小苏打的混合物。
  • 5.用刮刀以不规则方向轻轻搅拌成面糊。(马芬的面糊搅拌时仅需将干湿材料混合即可,面糊仍然有小颗粒)
  • 6.加入蔓越莓干。
  • 7.拌匀后盖上保鲜盖室温下静置约30分钟,面糊会变得光滑细致。
  • 8.用汤匙将面糊舀入纸模内约7分满。
  • 9.烤箱预热,180度烘烤25--30分钟左右。
