  • 1.用料
  • 2.茯苓粉放入沸水锅中蒸15分钟,取出,冷却后备用
  • 3.白芝麻放入锅中,炒香

  • 5.将所有粉料与冰糖一起放入料理机
  • 6.搅打成细腻粉末
  • 7.倒入碗中,加入油
  • 8.抓搓均匀,能捏成不松散的团状
  • 9.倒入铺有保鲜膜的模具中
  • 10.填实压紧
  • 11.扣出,去掉保鲜膜
  • 12.切成大小均等的小方块
  • 13.装盘食用
