豆沙馅龙虾面包

Steps to make 豆沙馅龙虾面包

  • 1.除豆沙馅和刷面的鸡蛋液以为所有材料混合揉面至面团完全扩展为止。用摔打法比较快 一点。第一次摔小心你的手指头哦 !这样摔出去
  • 2.然后收回来继续摔出去,,就这样重复着直到扩展后静至发酵是两倍大为止。验证发酵完毕的方法(手指头粘点面粉按下去,面团不会缩不塌陷,说明发酵完毕)
  • 3.取一些面团按成椭圆形用来做虾身
  • 4.取30可绿豆沙戳成橄榄状长条
  • 5.然后用面团把豆沙馅包起来形成虾的身体
  • 6.取五个小点面团按扁做虾尾巴。外面两片大里面的两片小用鸡蛋液粘在虾尾上
  • 7.依次粘好!
  • 8.用牙签在上面压出花纹
  • 9.再取适量面团能够保住虾身的大小 擀薄皮用鸡蛋液粘把虾身包起来差不多5片就可以包到头部了
  • 10.依次包好
  • 11.最后头部那片要大点
  • 12.这样包好的这个虾身
  • 13.下头用牙签压出纹路
  • 14.然后把抓抓做好用鸡蛋液粘在虾头那边
  • 15.然后戳八条小小的面条,
  • 16.用剪刀剪开一端
  • 17.另一端没剪的用鸡蛋液粘到虾抓抓后面依次粘好一边念四条。然后用牙签在虾抓和头部叉出花纹。虾嘴那边也有两个小小的 不要忘记了。最后刷上鸡蛋液。
  • 18.烤箱180上下货中层靠20分钟。如果不喜欢烤的那个焦黄色,可以在进烤箱烤5分钟的后在虾身上盖上锡箔纸继续烤即可!用南瓜做本事颜色就不错 。
  • 19.这款是模仿每天的,海洋moon的菜谱。原著做的很漂亮呢!我第一次尝试
  • 20.大家不要笑话我做的不好看哈哈
  • 21.把剩余的面团做成龙珠也不错哈
