    Steps to make 小鱼小虾更美味【干烧小鱼虾】

    • 1.挤出内脏,刮去鱼鳞的小河鱼适量。倒入碗中加适量的盐抓均后腌制20分钟。倒在密漏中滤去多余的水份。
    • 2.小河虾、蒜片、姜片各适量,青椒适量切成青椒圈。
    • 3.锅里涮适量的油后放入小鱼,转动锅子小火慢煎。一面煎好后将小鱼翻转过来再淋适量的油小火慢煎。
    • 4.两面煎好后再倒入小河虾,加适量的二锅头酒焖10秒。
    • 5.加入适量的水、盐、老抽、胡椒粉、蒜片、姜片,盖上锅盖大火焖烧3分钟。3分钟后倒入青椒圈再加入适量的鸡精,将青椒轻按入汤中,当青椒变色汤汁收干即成起锅。
