羊肉抓饭

Steps to make 羊肉抓饭

  • 1.羊腿肉去骨切块洗净,清水浸泡2小时去血水。骨头可以留下炖汤。
  • 2.胡萝卜和黄萝卜切小块。(也可以切粗丝)
  • 3.鹰嘴豆洗净清水浸泡1小时。(一定要泡哦,否则做好后吃起来嘎嘣嘎嘣的,也可以选择不放)
  • 4.大米洗净清水浸泡半小时。
  • 5.葡萄干洗净备用。(不喜欢的也可以不放)
  • 6.洋葱半个切小块。
  • 7.热锅把油烧七成热下洋葱炒出香味。
  • 8.倒入羊肉,炒至发白后加孜然,炒出孜然香味后加少许老抽上色。
  • 9.倒入萝卜丁。
  • 10.加盐后继续翻炒,盐可以稍微多一点,因为后面还要加米。
  • 11.萝卜丁炒软后加适量水,刚好没过萝卜,加入鹰嘴豆,烧开后转小火盖锅盖焖10分钟。(这时候可以尝尝咸淡)
  • 12.焖好后连汤倒入电饭煲。
  • 13.把泡好的大米平铺在菜上,撒上葡萄干,按煮饭键,无需再加水。
  • 14.蒸饭的过程中做个配菜--皮辣红。相当简单,剩下的半个洋葱切丝,一个青椒切丝,一个西红柿切块,加一点盐,一点糖,很多醋拌匀即可。
  • 15.电饭煲跳到保温后拔电源焖5分钟后打开,把菜肉饭拌匀盛出,可以开吃,手抓勺舀均可。
