清焖豆腐

Steps to make 清焖豆腐

  • 1.豆腐切成小块,备用。
  • 2.猪肉切片用油,盐,生粉抓均匀备用,紫菜泡生备用。
  • 3.生粉调水备用。
  • 4.干鱿鱼泡少切丝,冬瓜好肉丸切成一粒粒备用。
  • 5.锅里放油,把干鱿鱼,冬瓜,肉丸,猪肉放进去炒熟。
  • 6.炒熟后加水,等水开后加进豆腐。
  • 7.等再次煮沸时倒进生粉水和紫菜就可以了,出锅前加盐调味。。。
  • 8.出锅了。。。。。。。。。。。
