杨枝甘露

  • 西柚少许
  • 白砂糖10g
  • 西米50g

Steps to make 杨枝甘露

  • 1.锅置火上足量水烧沸,倒入西米煮10-15分钟,中途不时搅拌一下以防粘底。
  • 2.煮至西米呈半透明状,加少量冷水至煮沸,关火焖5分钟。
  • 3.煮好的西米用流动水冲洗,确保其口感Q弹,颗颗晶莹剔透。
  • 4.锅中倒入椰浆、白糖、牛奶,搅匀小火慢煮。
  • 5.待奶液微沸关火冷却。
  • 6.将芒果切下一半,用小刀将果肉划十字花刀,将果皮向下卷曲,贴住果皮依次切下。
  • 7.取3/4芒果丁用搅拌机打成汁。
  • 8.将西柚肉剥出后轻轻揉散,备用。
  • 9.将椰浆牛奶中倒入芒果泥、西米,搅匀。
  • 10.填入西柚肉粒、芒果肉粒,放入冰箱冷藏半小时。
  • 11.取出装入杯中即可。
